hi iam completed 2 year painting and decorating course(diploma) .i got 457 visa on june 2012 for 4 years. i had ielts 5.5 overall at the time of 457 visa. now my ielts expires. my question is after 1 more year can i apply for permanent residency? i need ielts again? if i want to change my sponsor i need ielts again? thanks

My husband is in australia and i am in india iapplied for tourist visa but it refuses 2times now my husband decided to apply 457visa so to whom should we consult or plz suggest any employer.

i did certificate 3 in cookery.and certificate 4 of business. i have 5.5 score in ielts.i have 5.5 in listening.4.5 in reading,5 in writing and 6 in speaking.can i apply for cook sponsorship .thanks

I do not speak very fluent English .. but for my sponsor that's no problem because I have 8 years of experience in beekeeping and understand what he wants to do? I get the visa? thanks jose.

i finish cookery in 2009 and i have done TRA also. i am working in resturent as cook. one day one costumer ask me to work in his resturent and he want to give me sponsor also. what i need to do and do i need ielts marks or not.

Hi, Good day! I just want to know about the english language exemptions. I am currently holding a 457 visa and I want to convert it into permanent residency but the problem is my IELTS test had expired last 2009 already. Am I included in the exemptions?
